Individual programs are designed for each person. Starting with where you are right now and aiming for where you want to go. Ann tailors the workouts to address your strengths, your weaknesses and your wishes.

Lately, she's been working with clients via FaceTime and Zoom.

 

Triathlon and Running

Individual coaching and training plans are available for all level of athlete
and for all distances.

Ann Karine works with clients of all levels and ages and specializes in creating personalized training programs. She works with elite athletes, beginners, those who have been injured, those with an illness, those just looking to get in better shape and everything in between. She has a passion for endurance sports and has helped many athletes cross the finish line in marathons and triathlons. Ann has worked with many women during their pregnancy and after to help them get back in shape. Ann believes we are all stronger than we can even imagine.
