Ann Karine works with clients of all levels and ages and specializes in creating personalized training programs. She works with elite athletes, beginners, those who have been injured, those with an illness, those just looking to get in better shape and everyone in between. She has a passion for endurance sports. Ann specializes in functional training and recently completed CAFS, a major course of the Gray Institute, founded by Gary Gray, the Father of Functional Training.  Functional training is a form of exercise that trains the whole body, rather than isolating muscles. It trains movements, not muscles. The goal is to improve how your body works as an integrated system — building strength, mobility, stability, coordination, balance, and power that directly transfer to daily life, sports, or physically demanding jobs.
